There will be a number of targets laid out for you to plink at or you can bring your own Targets. Lower Field between the banks If there is no one else there the field is yours! Members only
Cancellation Policy
1. Eligibility Bookings are open to individuals aged 18 or over. Persons aged 10–17 may use the Air Rifle Lane only when accompanied by a responsible adult who is at least 21 years old and has booked the session on their behalf. All users must comply with UK firearms laws and Melrose Sporting Ground safety protocols. 2. Booking Process Bookings must be made via the official Melrose Sporting Ground website. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Confirmation will be sent via email. If no confirmation is received, please contact us directly. 3. Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of the session will be refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable unless in exceptional circumstances (e.g. severe illness, government restrictions). In the event that Melrose Sporting Ground cancels your booking (e.g. due to weather or safety concerns), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. 4. Arrival and Safety Users must arrive 15 minutes before the session to sign in, register guests, have a briefing briefing and equipment checks. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or refusal to participate, with no refund. All participants must: Wear eye protection. Follow instructions from our range officers at all times. Sign a liability waiver before using the Air Rifle Lane. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied entry and no refund will be issued. 5. Liability and Insurance Melrose Sporting Ground has public liability insurance. However, participation is at your own risk. By booking a session, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved in air rifle shooting and agree to release Melrose Sporting Ground from liability for any injury, except in cases of negligence. 6. Data Protection All personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Data is used solely for managing bookings, safety requirements, and customer communication. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent unless legally required. 7. Code of Conduct Disruptive or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. Melrose Sporting Ground reserves the right to refuse or terminate a session without refund in the interest of safety. 8. Melrose Sporting Ground may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website
